My new novel, Retelling, and future events

As some of you know, Retelling will be out in a few months. Meantime, events lined up for near future:

March 1: Reading with Bruce Benderson and Jane Delynn at Contemporary Museum, St. Louis, MO., at 6pm. Bruce will read from The Romanian, Jane from a work-in-progress, and I'll be reading from Jackpot. An e-invite/flyer should be ready soon, which I'll send out and post here.

April 5-6-7-8 - Spuyten Duyvil authors participating at the &NOW Festival at the Lake Forest College in Chicago. Go to the &NOW website for more details: http://www.lakeforest.edu/academics/programs/engl/andnow/

May 12 - I'll be reading at NYU's Deutsches Haus in the west village, NY, together with poet Andrew Kaufman. Andrew will read from his Earth's Ends, I'll read either from Retelling (if it's ready) or from Jackpot.

May 15 - reading at Moe's Books, in San Francisco, with Tod Thilleman and other Spuyten Duyvil authors. Tod will read from his new and great novel, Gowanus Canal, I'll read from Retelling, and/or Jackpot. (For more details, visit www.spuytenduyvil.net)

May 19 - reading with Tod Thilleman at Dutton's Brentwood Bookstore
